Terms and Conditions
Should you wish to use our Dinner / Buffet Menu Services, please be aware of the terms and conditions given below.
- Minimum of 6 people (any booking of 2/3/4 or 5 will pay the minimum cover amount of 6 persons)
- 50% of your bill will be due 7 days before the event date – this is non refundable, (subject to a satisfaction), as your booking will be exclusive.
- The remaining 50% will be payable 48 hours before the event and again will be non refundable as ingredients and preparation will have been bought and started. (Subject to satisfaction).
- Should your any of your party numbers fail to attend you will still have to pay the full amount of your booking.
- Numbers can be changed 48 hours before the date and will not be subjected to penalty as above, should the numbers decrease. Should they increase the extra amount will be added to your bill accordingly due 48 hours before the event.
- Cancellation prior to 7 days before the event will be subject to a full refund should any deposit have been paid.
- All prices are subject to VAT.
- Rushton's have a separate liability insurance cover allowing them to operate outside the Rushton's premises.
- Menus that have wines choices added will have a 'quota' of bottles per party depending upon the numbers of your booking, which shall be explained at your consultation. Should you wish to have further wines added to the booking, or during the event, Rushton's will carry extra stocks which shall be charged to your bill or at the event at the quoted prices.
- For bookings of more than 12 people a service charge will be applied to your final quote. This amount will be charged according to the nature and management of the event.
